Strictly Latin Class Management

Beginners Classes are held Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evening at two time slots. The first class at 6.00 – 7.00pm with a second Beginners class at 7.00 – 8.00pm. This stage is specifically for Stage 1 of your Latin American dance training. In this class you will learn moves 1 through 12 on your dance card and importantly brush up your technique. (Judging by the way Mick rambles on about the benefits of technique training, we’re starting to think there could be the added bonus of “looking good on the dance floor thing” – as well as knowing the steps)

Intermediate Classes are held Tuesday and Wednesday evenings commencing at 8.00 – 9.00pm. This class is specifically for Stage 2 of your Latin American dance training. In this class you will learn moves from 13 onwards on your dance cards as well as brush up on technique (once again you will be subjected to Mick’s insistence on the “technique rules bit”). To make the grade for this class, you must have gone from zero to hero on side one of the card, also you might grab a partner for this.

Ballroom classes - learn the Waltz, Foxtrot or Quickstep along with many other Ballroom dances, lessons by appointment - just give the studio a call and book a time to learn or brush up on those ballroom steps!

If you’d like to smooth out some fancy footwork, give Mick a buzz and tee up a private lesson. (At $50.00 per 45 minute lesson for up to four friends it’s great value)
